Giving someone else permission to discuss your policy
Life is not always simple and there may be times when you need help managing your policy, such as if you became unwell or were unable to contact us yourself. What to do when somebody dies
We understand the death of someone close to you can be a very challenging and difficult time, especially if you're handling their financial affairs. We want to help make things as simple & easy as we can. We will ask you for some information, as outlined here:
- Copy of the death certificate
- A certified copy of the will, probate document, Letter of Administration, Court Order or Lawyer letter
